Choose a Dull-Skin Apple

Scientists from Wroclaw Intitute of Agriculture, Polandia suggest us to prefer a dull-skin apple to fair one. It is because a dull-skin apple contains polyphenol antioxindant two fold than a fair-skin apple.

And it better to consume apple by eating it directly, avoid of making it as a juice. It is because if it is made as a juice, its polyphenol will lose.
